• This data is processed solely for the purpose of creating your Cosmic Blueprint PDF

3. Payment Information

• All payment processing is handled entirely by Payhip, our third-party payment provider
• Celesmia never sees, stores, or has access to your credit card details or financial information

• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email

Payhip

• Handles the entire checkout and payment process
• Processes your birth information (date, time, city) via webhook to trigger the generation of your PDF report
• Manages payment data independently — Celesmia does not store or access your financial information

Netlify

• Hosts our website
• May collect basic server logs (IP addresses, browser type) as part of standard web hosting

• Email addresses — Retained in Brevo until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Birth information — Retained only as long as necessary to generate and deliver your Cosmic Blueprint. We do not maintain a permanent database of birth data beyond what is needed for order fulfillment
• Payment records — Stored by Payhip in accordance with their data retention policies and applicable financial regulations

If you request deletion of your data, we will process your request within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
