These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Celesmia website (celesmia.com) and any products or services offered through it, including the Cosmic Blueprint personalized birth chart reports.
Celesmia is operated from France within the European Union. By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Celesmia offers personalized astrological birth chart reports delivered as digital PDF documents. Our primary product, the Cosmic Blueprint, is a personalized report generated from the birth data you provide at the time of purchase.

All astrological content provided by Celesmia — including but not limited to Cosmic Blueprint reports, blog articles, and zodiac sign descriptions — is intended solely for entertainment, personal enrichment, and self-reflection purposes.

Celesmia encourages you to approach astrology as one lens among many for self-understanding. Any decisions you make based on our content are made entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.
The accuracy of your Cosmic Blueprint depends entirely on the birth data you provide — specifically your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is correct and complete. Celesmia cannot verify the accuracy of your birth data, and we are not liable for any inaccuracies in your report that result from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
If you discover that you entered incorrect birth data after your report has been generated, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you, though we are under no obligation to provide a replacement report free of charge.
Because each Cosmic Blueprint is a personalized digital product generated specifically for your birth data, we generally cannot offer refunds once the report has been generated and made available for download.
Under EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
That said, we believe in fairness. In the following circumstances, we may offer a goodwill refund at our discretion:
